Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Yes but you write also index_sec before Δ3. If you try to write only Δ3 it change it as you can see now.
No. None of the rows had 3 buttons. It showed correctly in mobile but would show 3 on desktop. I had to hide some buttons which were in their own rows to get it to show 2.
