Please check. Seems to be working now.

I think the issue is this. Tickets v 2.3.4 need eventON 4.6.8 But you only have eventON 4.6.7

Any way you can update to the latest eventON ? or was there something issues you experienced with the new version of eventon that make you stop from getting the latest evenon update?

Could you check and make sure that you are using the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout]:

Tickets add-on doesn’t work with any other Checkout pages and/or shortcodes.

Could you send us your website URL and also login/pass? The old one redirects to 404 page or the website cannot be found.
