Hi Artem –

Thanks, it’s working now. The calendar events on the slider aren’t clickable, though. I click them, nothing happens. Is this a setting on the shortcode generator that I have to fix?

Thanks,

Charles

Deactivating/activating the license won’t make you loose any data or settings.

The only way you will loose events if before the update you enable EventON > “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled”. More info in this guide “2.2 – Back-end Way”:

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/update-eventon/

Where can we find logs? Could you send us a link?

Please also update EventON to 4.6.8.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
