Thank you – this resolved the issue!
What you see here is what WordPress.org shows about any plugins installed (free or paid):
The issue is that you cannot update paid plugins (EventON in your case) since they aren’t available on WordPress.org. So the only option is to update the plugin manually by following the guide above.
