You must have used another email. .that is why the same email on support is not associated with addon purchase email at myeventon.com

We are trying to manually upgrade to 4.6.8 but we are unable to move forward. In an attempt to reset, we try activating our license through EvantoMarket and we receive an “Updating failed – package not available” message. We then proceeded to access our account in CodeCanyon.net/Evanto Market, but we are unable to locate our EventOn purchase key/license. It is not listed under our Download tab/option. So, at this point we have no idea how to move forward. I’m enclosing a word document with all my captures to prove purchase and current license.
Let us know how to proceed.

Per previous notes, if you deactivate ACF or WooCommerce it will cause the front end of the site to crash. Thanks!
Yes, but if possible do so after 5pm Eastern time, or otherwise do for a minimal amount of time.
I tried this again this morning, deactivating all but ACF, WooCommerce and EventOn, but no change
Not sure if you have access to the previous notes on this call. I have previously tried disabling all plugins (except WooCommerce and ACF) to no effect, and several other things. Also note that all other pages with identical EventOn calendars are working, such as this one: https://friendshipcenters.org/desoto-calendar/
