Hello,

All tickets are in Trash, so I cannot check https://ibb.co/LtqN9FS:

Could you send us a different order with the issue?

Please also try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

i have observed where the issue is coming from.

if a payment fails first time and we reattempt to make the payment again on the checkout/payment gateway page then even if the second time the payment succeeds the ticket stock will not be reduced.

if first time payment succeeds then stock is reduced.

UPDATE: my internet provider helped me and activated the plugin. NOW please fix it. No idea what you wann do there: EventON > Advanced > try a different Select event calendar WP Query method.

Thank you for the demo site, that is very helpful!!!

I see how to do the options, but this shows up as “Optional Ticket Additions”…and does not force them to select one. We definitely want them to select one from the list. In this mode, it does only allow them to select one option, which is great.

If I change it to “Sell Price Options as Separate Tickets”, this DOES force them to select one, but it also allows them to add more than one!

Is there a way to do both, force them to select a price option, but only let them add one ticket for that event.

Is there a way to group the tickets together, for example if I created an event for each time slot, is there a way that when they add one, the rest get added as well?  Or add a bundle of events? Is there a way to do that? I think if we were able to do that, all our needs would be suited and I could use the ticket options for the sessions, and we’d have the descriptions and everything we need.

I don’t think booking will work for us because it’s sort of the opposite flow than what we’re looking for.

Hi Artem,

the problem is…. I cant activate the plugin. As soon as i activate it, the page crashes. so i can’t make any changes in the plugin. i also can’t simply delete old events, because i can’t get to them either because of the plugin.

Any other ideas?

Yes, the same problem is also on the test page. And a check has shown that this is also at risk.

Thank you for your response. I hope it will be available soon. In the meantime, is there a way to see the details of these additional fields directly in WordPress? When I view the details of an order in WooCommerce, I cannot find the information entered in the additional fields… It’s inconvenient because I cannot use the solution if I cannot see the additional fields in some way…

Thank you in advance for your response.
