I have written some css so that it apears correctly please test out on desktop and mobile

the CSS was added to: Appearance>>>>customize>>>>>additional css

also an optional change see videoto make things a little readable:

Thanks for looking into it and the video. I have gone through and turned off most of the plugins and no changes (I didn’t turn off elementor, the page builder I am using). However I didn’t see any custom positioning of that element.  Odd that it is just that format.

Also, When I change the shortcode to slider_type=”mini”  then I see all the months (but not the format I want). When I go back to slider_type=”multi” , then the error occurs again.

 

I am in central time, but this is not a highly trafficed site, so please feel free to work on it whenever works for you all.

Also, I am the “web developer” and have not made any modificiations to php, etc. I just use wordpress and its plugins.

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon. we could do it for you if you wish best to give us your timezone so that we do it after business hours as to not impact your users experience but it should take 2 minutes or so its not a long task
