is this a generic certificate? in that they are all the same or are they name specific?

if it is a generic email heres an option:

if it is a personalised certificate unfortunatly you would have to use your own email client to send and attatch

or if a form builder plugin out there possibly gravity forms (but you’d have to check) has form to pdf attachment you fill out the form and it converts it to a pdf to send to the customer I have not played too much with gravity forms for a while so I remember a few years ago they had something like that.

sorry if thats useless info

username and or password has changed for us to log in

so now that you got a working smtp- I would also look at your server email restrictions- do you have any cron jobs running if so- see if these are set to 30 minutes (if they run every 30 minutes then thats why the emaiuls are likely taking 30 minutes but its been a month I am not sure if you have cron jobs running.

ask your hosting if they have email sending restrictions most do.

eventon doesn’t send anything it essentually tells wordpress to send and your smtp now takes over.

but if we get the login I can have a look over your settings and ask your hosting provider about email restrictions (It may or may not be the cause)

Hi Artem

I have updated the Speaker plugin and now it works. Sorry, I didn“t saw this obvious solution :))

Ticket Field Description, Additional Information visible to customer after ticket purchase and Speaker Description boxes does not show format. Please find attached 2 screenshots of 2 different events with the same text, one with correct format and the other without format.

Thank you very much

We have now the correct settings for a Gmail address in the SMTP plugin. However: a test mail via this plugin is sending with a delay of about 30 minutes and the email updates/notifications for new events to attendees do not arrive in their mailboxes. Also not in the spam boxes.

Ok, we are now deleting the events manually. How about the fix for updated events? Whats the status regarding that?
