Hi, I did what you proposed and changed the shortcode on the home page. It works super fast and without any problems, so at least the main functionality of the site is working againg, which is great.
My assumption still is, that one functionality in the shortcode (e.g. filter option or month switch) is messing up the whole thing. Let’s see, what you can find out.

One more thing. I changed the status of the test pages ( /event-test and /eventon-testing) to “draft” because I want to avoid them getting indexed by search engines. If you need to set them to “published” for some reasons, please do so. Maybe just put them back on draft status once testing is done. Thanks.

You gave me a good starting point, the problem were overflowing elements indeed. I just removed the global CSS for overflow and applied it directly to elementor containers one-by-one that has some overflowing elements and the problems are fixed now. Thank you for your help, i’m closing this ticket as solved. 🙂

I suggest as a temporary measure while we figure out whats going on. taking the shortcode from this page: https://chainsandcoffee.com/eventon-testing/
and putting that on your home page for the simple reason it seems to work and your customers can actually view the events
then you put the main calendar shordcode on a page that we can use to diagnose and figure out what the heck is going on
if a page has been indexed – its indexed however over time it will vanish if you set those kinds of pages to not be indexed
you can somewhat speed up that process see video
now I have only removed in the past individual urls- but look into the prefix option you might be able to remove any url that uses the events slug
now thats more google territory than eventon territory so you will want to research the best way to remove multiple urls and what the prefix option is

by simply removing the scroll bar. But EventON still takes the width of the whole page. Even the part that’s not visible.
What you need to do is to find the cause of why your website overflows the window.

This hides events from showing more than once in between months, across the entire event list.
