Thank you!! Please also go to EventON > EventCard > try a different Feature image display style. Try “Feature image display style: Fit entire image…”.  This works.  I guess I hadn’t noticed it before.

Alright, but if I disable this, will it index past pages? And similarly, will it index future pages/URLs? Is there an option to not index any pages?

As mentioned: It cannot be due to the server, as the website loaded smoothly and quickly with well over 300 entries and without any caching before Update X. Varnish is not an option because calendar entries need to be updated in real-time when, for example, events are canceled, added, or rescheduled. With Varnish, editors have no way to manually intervene and clear the cache for individual pages.

It seems to me like you’re just passing the ball back to me without providing any real solutions.

To offer something to my client, it would be helpful if you could provide a link where I can download an older version of EventOn (4.5.4) and briefly inform me if a rollback could cause problems because the data structure may have changed in newer versions.

repeating events don’t causes a huge delay speed comes down to like anything else what you are trying to load vs the quality of the hosting environment
some pagebuilders like avarda who don’t always follow wordpress standards can cause issues altho thats yet to be deturmined in this case
security plugins can effect loading speed (and security on ones hosting device can also impact it)

some cache minifications also stop eventon from running smoothly

So I have a few questions about the server

what php version are you running?

a link to your hosting package so I can see what is running the site

can you increase the wp-memory further?

I am assumingyou have already deactivated all plugins except eventon to see if it loads fine??

Is it possible to use Varnish cache on your server?

See video below

its possible that your site is indexing archive pages of the events/sessions
and as you have set trash events at the end- its a blank page

not 100% sure tho but i would turn that off from the video

Hello,

Please go to EventON > Single Events > disable Create Single Events Page Sidebar.

Also the access information you have provided did not work for us. Please check them and post the correct login information as a private message, thank you!

Could you send us links to where you see the sidebar?
