Good morning Ashan,

Thank you for your help in this process, you have clarified our doubts.

Regarding point 5 (about the return of the Extended License), Envato is indeed quite slow and the customer service they offer is terrible. We are very disappointed.

Last Thursday 27th June we opened a return request through Envato, number 3589577. We were assigned to support agent Jack.

After 5 days had passed since the request was initiated, with no response, Jack recommended that we open a dispute. Yesterday, Tuesday July 2nd, we opened a Refund Request Dispute with number 3591033, and agent Madison was assigned to us.

Her email address is market@help.envato.com so you can contact Madison to complete the refund process.

We attacht screenshots of our conversations with costumer service of Envato.

We hope to resolve this as soon as possible to move forward with the project.

Hello,

I add some useful detail, the logic of the optimal process involves:
– organizer sets the event dates and other main data
– administrator confirms or changes dates
– organizer uploads the pdf file of the event
– administrator publishes event for all users
– users can download the pdf of the event

So compared to the current situation I don’t understand how to give users the opportunity to download it since it is not among the custom fields of the evendcard.

Also: is it possible to de activate the possibility to de-activate the multiple-participants on all active events?

We use this function with pattern as a workaround to repeating events, because we could not find a good solution to filter the repeating events on days. Now we made duplicates of the events that are repeating, but the description is a pattern, so that it’s easier to edit the content only one place (and it updates on all the events).

Is there any other way to solve this issue?

The documentation you sent doesn’t seem to outline this.
