Is there an other way to add fields in the form? These fields with the information of the other attendees are very important for us. Like full name and email address.

Hi so sorry to keep pestering just wondering when this will be resolved. This is not the ticket issue, I cant test or use the ticket plugin until the action user plus is solved.

I have already lost months on the ticket plugin, hence why refund requested.

The action user plus is critical for us at the moment, many thanks.

On both sides, the loading times are very long. We have been using the plugin since 2018; at times, we had years with twice as many events per calendar, and the loading times, both initially and when switching months, were always <1 second (even without caching). It only became like this due to one of the recent updates. Since we had a change in administrators, I cannot pinpoint it to a specific version number. But something has been different since this new loading animation was introduced (previously, there was a kind of loading bar)

1. Ticket addon itself does not handle payment processing, it require woocommerce plugin which take care of cart, checkout and payments.. so any payment method that works with woocommerce work with it — this information is in the tickets addon page

2. It is easier and looks much better compared to woocommerce’s basic variations. But this addon is not required.

3. If you go to that link, inside the grey round banner you can see Login with… 

4. Fullcal addon, tickets, variations and options and countdown. — that’s a pretty nice website 🙂 

5. Yea envato has been kind of takes forever to get back specially now since they’ve been bought up by another company. We are thinking of moving away from them in the future. As our wordpress.org presence is growing. Let me see if I can get a refund for you for the extended licenses from codacanyon. Have you submitted a request for this?

I had to make a small code change shown below in image. This code change will be in the next version update to eventon tickets addon.

This happened because you have the woocommerce associated product for the event’s price was set to 0 which was assumed as false in the validation argument.

We don’t have translation files, I am afraid.

To activate WPML and enable translation you need add certain parameters.
