We have received no response from Asham. We need this fixed ASAP.

On the other hand, I want to know if you can purchase tickets in the calendar using the Extended License of the plugin.

I see that there are addons for the plugin, but i bought the extended license so all of these addons should be incluided right?

I want to know.

1. If the plugin has a payment gateway for the buyer.
2. If it is possible, within the same event, to offer different types of tickets (e.g. 10€ for boys and 8€ for girls).
3. Also, I want to know what happens after the purchase of the ticket. I need to know what kind of ticket the buyer receives, if it is an email I want to see a demo of the confirmation email.
4. And I want to see how the seller (us) knows who and what they have bought.

Sorry, I still have a question. How can I see if an event is marked as featured. It does not seem to work wit _featured, can it be that this has changed?

In order to request a refund, please create a new ticket under Billing & Accounts and be sure to include the order ID for which you need a refund for and the reason for requesting a refund.

try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/   might be able to export the events better. the events are a “custom post type” so that may be an option within that plugin

try adding an event count to it

events list extended likes to have the number of events per month to show so add something like

event_count=”100″

to the shortcode- could be any number just make sure it is higher than the maximmum number of events you have per month
