having the grid on the side requires the following added to the shortcode

nexttogrid=”yes”

SEE LONG VIDEO the plesk cache was off on the staging I turned it on- didn’t check if it was running on the live site

I think due to the memory limit thats the fastest the full cal will be I am sorry

I can’t seem to log into the backend to create a page to show you

but if you have cal_init_nonajax=”yes” in the shortcode

then try going into myeventon>>>>settings>>>>advanced settings and changing the quiry to 12 months or a year

as depending on your set up the no ajax might be the only thing required to speed up the calendar

I changed the PHP settings to make it more similar to yours, but unfortunately these doesn’t improve the loading times. Are these settings okay or is there something we should try to change?

Good morning,

I don’t know if I have to create another ticket, but it is related to this topic.
The client has asked us to see past events, not just the last 2 months, as we have configured so that the website works correctly.

If we set events older than 3 months to be shown in the general settings, it still gives us the same error. Does anyone currently have this error?

The truth is we don’t know what is happening and how to solve it. Is it normal for it to happen?
