Hello,

EventON uses it’s own template for /events page. Please follow:

PROTIP: If the /events page does not work due to theme/plugin conflicts, create a new page, call it “Events Directory” Insert eventon shortcode and use that as your main events page which will have a URL ending like /events-directory. This would be a perfect solution if you have conflicts with /events slug.

Hello,

Instead of add_eventon please use Event Lists shortcode:

[add_eventon_list number_of_months=”12″ hide_empty_months=”yes” tiles=”yes” tile_bg=”1″ tile_style=”1″ hide_so=”yes” only_ft=”yes” tile_count=”2″ hover_style=”0″ ]

Hello,

Minimum requirement is 1920x1080px. But if your images have a different ratio, you can use 1080×1920 and so on.

Hello Rahul,

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the main plugin from here, you need to contact CodeCanyon first.

Hi Artem,

Ah, that’s what we had set up on the account we gave access to originally. But sure, here’s an account with the restrictions on it. The previous account with the administrator access remains as it was.

Username: BrixlySupport
Password: 6x6f$rslF1m*Q#$4Qz63(Cuh

To answer your question, no, disabling the Members plugin doesn’t fix the issue, because no site role other than Administrator can edit/manage EventOn events/tickets anyway in a default WordPress state. So with the Members plugin off, we can only assign the Administrator role if we want to have access to even edit basic events, let alone tickets. And, of course, if we set it to Administrator, then the ticket editing works as expected because full site permissions are in place.

As I mentioned, whatever the issue is, it only started after updating EventOn Tickets to version v 2.3. Prior to this, it was all working exactly as expected with the relevant permissions via Members in place.

Interestingly, clicking the ‘Further edit: XXXX’ to be taken to the WooCommerce page to edit the tickets does work. So it’s not a WooCommerce related permissions thing, it seems to just be EventOn itself. It only affects the ticket editing that appears in the Lightbox after clicking the ‘Configure Ticket Settings’ option. But I assume, that if our users manually edit the ticket settings in the WooCommerce ‘product’ for that ticket/event directly, it won’t all sync up with ticket availability against the event and so on?

I did try updating our staging site with EventOn Tickets version 2.3.2 this morning, in case the issue got resolved in that, but sadly, it’s made no difference.

Many thanks

James
