It is the same result
you can’t add a new event if it is including tickets. This is a security update from WooCommerce that becomes a conflict.
the page is only loading and no summation is done. In the admin area you can see the event with missing information about price, Sru and so on.
Shortcode used is [add_evo_submission_form msub=”yes”]
Of cause that’s why I am addressing the conflict with the update of WooCommerce. You can’t use action user properly any more.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Which file are you referring to? EventON > Download all eventON events. > CSV FORMAT or Edit Event > Tickets > Download (CSV)?

Are you sure that you are using the latest versions of Action User and Tickets add-ons?
