Please update Tickets as well as QR Code add-ons to latest versions.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Thanks for taking a look, the above links show how it should look, I had to roll back the plugins due to the issue.

I have created a staging site and updated the plugins, the issue on the tickets is there for you to take a look. This staging site is just for eventON plugin testing so feel free to change anything to help investigate the problem.

upgrading to php 8 is impossible in the short term, a study has to be made of what changes and what stops working and we don’t think that due to the slowness of a full plugin we have to address this either.

Regarding enabling “Show load more events button”

could you give us more precise instructions of where we have to activate and where we have to add that phrase? in which section of the plugin or in which file indicating us path or menu steps where to click?

our customer needs the possibility to search for tickets by owner (part of the name), event ID and order ID.
He has ~ 20k tickets he needs to search and can not do this manually.

We (and I assume lot of other customers) would be really thankfull if you could make the search possible!
