So the example I showed above is not a attendee with missing information? would you mind sharing a screenshot of an attendee where the information is missing? 

I think exported attendees in CSV might not show those if the variable names have changed since the update.

Kindly update to the latest version of ICS importer v 2.0.7 — this should resolve the duplicate events getting imported into the site. When you fetch them it will show duplicate events, but if you set the settings, it will not import them into the site.
