Just wanted to update you quickly. I know it has been quite some time. We are currently working on compatibility issues with Woocommerce’s high performance order system for event Tickets addons.

We belive in the new version of tickets this issue will be resolved. As we are not able to replicate the same issue on the current latest beta build.

Could this be connected to the issue in my other ticket (dates in the date strip are wrong)?

I doubt it.  Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
