The issue is that this is not possible “The customer can only book an event if they have booked exactly one of both ticket types”.

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Please go to EventON > EventCard > open Designer and save > now save EventON Settings.

I already manged to get those elementor updates to do their process. Or at least thats what it told me.

I have had some issues with PLESK and PHP updates lately. Would that have something to do with it?

I looked in the plesk but couldn’t find anything caching there.
