Add it to your live website and if you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header.

Could you update by following:

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure ”Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Where can I download an older version which runs under PHP 7.4?

Hi, we found out it was via a different email address that was not used to create this support account.

But we also just tried adding the license again today and it worked without the error we got last time.

Hey guys so these are the 2 items that I URGENTLY NEED TO BE FIX please. 

1. Remove the Row info from the email confirmation and PDFer

2. Fix so that I can still edit seats and rows on the back-end because later on we will be unblocking our initially blocked seats for the VIPs and I cannot do that if I get Undefined when trying to edit the seats. 

Please please please fix these. There are no malwares on our site so please just proceed accessing the site.

And I still want to hide the Rows part. I disabled the custom code for now because I am not sure if that’s the cause of the website error

Thanks, it looks great! Do I need to use those same codes when I move these changes to the production site? I’d like to achieve the same look there.

Sorry about that I have gone in now and I have updated the main plugin, tickets and seats and it still happening in every event as soon as you click on an area t edit and then click on edit row or edit seat it goes to the undefined
