Please go to wp-admin > EventON Settings > Event Card. If you still cannot find it, please create a new ticket with included login info.

Also in the seats map doesn’t appear as purchased the seats corresponding to the following 3 sales in the ‘Impresiones’ event:

– 15:05:09: 26€
– 14:41:41: 41,60€
– 14:33:09: 51,20€

I can’t see the ticket purchased by this client. Also I see that a test ticket created at 13:39 for Ampara Santonja doesn’t have the name

Please excuse my using English, but my Spanish is not good enough yet.
 I just purchased two tickets to the Impresiones concert on September 27, but I neglected to enter my personal details on the web page. The debit card I used for the purchase ends in 8015. Can the tickets I purchased with this card be sent to me at elizabeth@mccull.org?
