Hello,
Please add these two to your shortcode:
event_order=”DESC” month_order=”DESC”

Hello,
The photo is far too large and you can only see a section of it. In addition, you always see the text “The image is loading”…
Please go to EventON > EventCard > try a different Feature image display style. “Fit entire image…” should fix both issues.
The graphical implementation (map) of the address is also not displayed properly.
Can you please send us a direct link to where the actual issue is happening?

Do you need our help with anything else or can I close the ticket?

I was able to reduce the wp2_postmeta database by 25-30% and that allowed the plugin to work again, but we’re still throwing Woocommerce errors and it looks tied to EventOn since 99% of our website sales are tickets for our classes.
Please look at the PHP errors.

Amazing, worked perfectly. I didn’t want to go ahead and use CSS if there was a default option I was missing 🙂
I’m just waiting for the client to confirm what iPhone they were using and will let you know as soon as I have the info.

Hi Artem, thanks for your great support! I did try the timezone setting, however without any luck. Hopefully Ashan can do some magic. Thanks again!

Hi Artem, I added you other IP.
I try option to Fit entire image, resized box height and looks like it works now. Thanks for your help.

With proper cache cleared, the loading message should not show once new CSS code is loaded. We are not sure why the cache is loading old data.
Couple of things to check is, if your web host on cpanel has cache on files for longer times. Perhaps try contacting web host and see if they have any insight on to this? Because from the code point of view there is no code added to hold cache on.
