Do I need to go to siteground? I tried but it says wrong login/pass combination.
I also tried to connect to siteground using FTP client, but it didn’t work as well.

Please go to EventON > EventCard > try a different Feature image display style.
“Feature image display style: Fit entire image resized to min height.” should work.
The images are showing now, but not showing correctly. The tops of all images are missing, as per attached screenshot,

it is working what you woultd need to do is go into woocommerce>>>>orders
and you will see a bunch of orders “on hold” because we set up payment via cheque- so if you click the eye icon and set the order to completed then it will show the points at the top of the submit event form
however again I’ll have to get Ashan involved as the submit form is hanging- as in not processing
