Good morning,
I have just checked the settings.
I have registered with the account of Katrin Oechsler. She has access rights as an editor. If I now want to enter the location for the event under events, I see that she has no authorizations. Can you please check this again. Something is not right.
I am now installing version 4.9.9 and hope that it might then work.

That’s it. Sometimes (but not every time) the reset-able things reset. ie. hide end of event, featured event, random time, but same date as when saved – not the date it should be.

Hello Ashan. We can even disable the litespeed cache no worries on that. You can try disabling it and you can please test it again.

Please update RSVP and QR Code add-on as well.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

I created another admin user with admin role and can see and manage locations without issues:
