Ashan,

I cannot find the code as well. Could you help?

I am also not sure if the issue still exists in the newest version of Seats (on dev2 seems to be working correctly), so I am waiting for the correct login info from the customer.

Hello,

I am sorry, the access information you have provided did not work for us. Please check them and post the correct login information as a private message, thank you!

I cannot find any events on your website. Could you send us a link to any event, so we can re-create the issue on our test site?

I am also going to escalate this ticket to development to help in here. Please allow us some time to address this, and we truly appreciate your patience. Thank you for being a valued EventON customer!

Additionally, if your site has any IP blocking or security restrictions in place, kindly disable them temporarily to facilitate our support process.

This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?

It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.

Could you check and let me know?

Thank you, you can see what we are looking to acomplish at https://musikene.eus home page, which uses the old version of the minislide.

If you are seeing event content showing up within the calendar, that most of the time means, event details content have UNCLOSED HTML elements.

Kindly share the event details to make sure you have HTML content in event details or custom meta fields properly closed.

Are you able to help pinpoint this in your code? I haven’t touched any code and wouldn’t know where to start.

Thank you 🙂

Hello,

Thanks for the instructions. I went ahead and tried updating Tickets to the latest 2.5 version, following your process.

To avoid impacting production, I tested the update on a staging environment first:

  • Downloaded the latest add-on from My Account

  • Deactivated the old add-on

  • Installed and activated the new version

  • Deleted the old add-on

Unfortunately, even after the update, the issue is still happening exactly the same way on staging. So it doesn’t look like the problem is resolved by upgrading to 2.5, and I’m still blocked with this major issue.

Could you please provide a concrete solution to fix this problem (or specific troubleshooting steps / a patch), and let me know what you need from my side (logs, version list, screenshots, staging access details, etc.) to move forward quickly?

Thank you.
