Alrighty you’ll see what I did to test in the video below

so the plugins or theme are not causing the issue- So I am going to assign Ashan the creator to your ticket and sendd him a PM alert to look at this ASAP so we can get you back up and running correctly

FOR ASHAN:
Something is overiding the default eventon pop up- as you can see from the video its not the theme or plugins causing the issue

events pop up in their own box with their own scroll bar- not like normal eventon- this is causing issues on our clients – clients mobiles
you will also notice when trying to scroll the background scrolls but not the event- could be simply a css issue.

sending month long events to the bottom does work with events list- I’ll assign Ashan to this ticket to double check if year long events work with events list

such as

[add_eventon_list number_of_months=”12″ ml_toend=”yes” hide_month_headers=”yes”]

Hi Dave,

thank you very much for checking – actually I am not savvy with serious programming and it would be a big relieve if you could do that testing for me!

Thank you very much

Franziska

Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.

what to do all depends on what cache system you are running so it would be handy to have a look at the cache and settings

we can then test a few options

could be an issue with minifying javascript

Also when changing months the loading animation appears to be different from eventon have you modified eventon in any way?
