Could you update EventON to 4.6.3?
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
After the update please go to EventON > EventCard > open Designer and save > now save EventON Settings.

can you try adding the login form to say a modal window or pop up? that way if they are on the right page they clic login- it pops up and then when loaded it could refresh the page
eventon doesn’t deal with redirects and simply provides a field to add a custom url if you have a unique area you want people to log in from

from what I understand is they fill out the jumbo form- pay for that and then try to do it on the tickets addon
then you would have to manually connect the jumbo form to the ticket to match up wehos who- sounds like a chore to me
better off editing the checkout fields with one of the 3 plugins above that way its all in one location
you would probably want the add to cart page AFTER they submit that form ie after they hit the submit button
or on the checkout page itself BUT its also asking for credit card details on step 2
probably want them to fill that out before they even get to the events
I don’t understand why you have this jumbo form to fill out and pay for and then also you have tickets on the event?
please provide more info on the process used to book- why they are filling out a form etc

For not I prefer to rollback to 4.6 version.
