All orders only have Variation Type ”Ich möchte jetzt zahlen”, no price options:

Are you sure that customers selected any of options during the order process?

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

There is no chance me (or I thing, anyone) could remember the exact version of your plugin… I think the point is not that but that your plugin is not working properly and you should fix it. I keep waiting for a real solution. Best regards, Jimena

thank you very much for your help. Unfortunately, the problem has not
been solved yet. 

I updated the Event Lists: Ext add-on (I had to purchase it again because there was no updated version available in my account).

We have three different event types for our events. Until last week,
all three worked correctly on different pages of our website.

These pages still work:

However, the calendar with event_type ID 20 on this page no longer appears:

Unfortunately, we are not able to install an FTP client to debug PHP
errors. I’m sorry about that, but I hope you might still be able to help
us.

Hello,

We’ve added more options to EventON > EventTop. For example, Select Default Calendar EventTop Style and Select featured image hover effect.

If you want to change colors, please go to EventON > Appearance. There are new options as well.

Please also create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
