Hello Ameiga, I am really sorry but I am not able to figure out what is going on. The QR Code image URL is passed correctly but the PDF is not allowing the image to be fetched and created into the PDF file.
Perhaps we can add a link to view the ticket online?
Perhaps also try clearing cache after the update.
Still go right to spam even though I mark them not spam.
Ok, that resolved the popup issue. But I still cant get all event info or progress bar to appear on the card. The circled ones in screenshot.

Thanks for this, we have been able to achieve a style we want with these settings.
Just one thing to note that didn’t work as I expected – there is an option to hide some types of tags from the front end. I wanted to hide the ‘virtual event’ tags but this setting didn’t do that which I was expecting it to do.
I have hidden them with CSS so I’m not sure how much use it is letting you know about this.
