That is very strange. So in order to get this event to show, you have to duplicate it and save? nothing else need to be done? 

Does this happen to any event you create as new?

generally if eventon is working theres no need to update

unless theres a functionality in the newer version you are missing out on or a major wordpress version comes out and theres a security reason to update

so if you have a version that works and loads fast then theres not really a reason to update

for example one of my sites uses eventon from 3 years ago- it loaded fast and there were no security concerns 

where as another I have just updated to the latest due to some features not there 3 years ago

lets monitor this loading speed a while before we close the ticket

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to set the copy of the tickets. When I make a copy and change the price, date, or 10 repeats it doesn’t allow me to buy it.

I have not been able to update it either.
