Alyson, so to above name your price. Have you tried using eventON ticket’s build in name your price feature? 

As for SKU issue are you using 2.2.8? 

The css looks good but the more button does not display more events. I inserted a test in this page. Below is an accordion that contains all available events.

Ah! Please update QR Code add-on to 2.0.2. It should fix the issue.
