Hi Artem and Ashan,

Thanks for working on this. Is there anything I can do to help sort this out? We are getting very close to needing this data from the events.

Thanks,

Kyle

Thank you i have taken a look at this but cant find the info i need to change.

  1. I want to chane Sold By: to Organiser
  2. 2. Billing address to Attendee details
  3. 3. This is all squashed and does not display clearly. event time and event title need to be capital letters to start with. It mentions email but one is not visible

Does pdfer display the same information. I have tried to create an event and send in your demo site but it did not work.

Also with the enhanced admin experience mentioned on this page (https://www.myeventon.com/addons/event-tickets/), how do i access and is it possible to see via a dashboard on the frontend please.

Hmm, the IP is correct, but I cannot access FTP.

Please try going to FTP > wp-content folder and rename debug.log file. Now refresh the website, so the latest issues can be recorded to the file. This way the file will be small enough for us to check.

Sorry, yes. We duplicated events that were occurring this week, and the duplicate shows up on the calendar but not the original. Here are a few events for next week that haven’t been duplicated yet.

And since the original ticket, other age group events disappereaed, too — children’s for example were missing for almost every branch. Not sure what’s happening because they displayed at one time.

Before, subscriber would send out whatever was in the details box.   Whether it was text or graphic.  SEE IMAGE.  Now all it will put in email that is sent out is the Location and organizer of the event.

I’ve got an order no AJDE-17858 for Event Tickets and QR Code from 25.05.2016 (PayPal E-Mail-ID PP120 – cbb41b5ef3da6)

And I’ve got an order no AJDE-165060 for Dynamic Pricing and Ticket Variations & OPtions from 28.04.2023 (PayPal Transaction Code 4SU30939XU3693007)

I think I used the email address s12356@m.bmab.de for purchasing the licenses.

Order #85054 (April 28, 2020) Dynamic Pricing and Ticket Variations
Order #113971 (April 28, 2021) Dynamic Pricing and Ticket Variations

Is this enough or do you need more information? Where can I find the information required?

I found some log files here (Attached screenshot). Do you want them?

Or is it better I give your FTP access?

I did a test recently. I just extracted the previous version of RSVP, and the Save Setting worked!

However, still when submitting RSVP, the page is not refreshed and emails are not sent.

This may give you an idea about the probable issue.
