Hello Amy mind sharing and event that is taking a while to load the images?

For me all the events show the image just fine.

ok so it’s sending QR code now but not autocompleting. This is a problem if that autocomplete code is now causing issues and the plugin you sent me isn’t compatible. When a customer books and pays for a ticket the order should be autocompleted and the customer sent a ticket, that’s how all major event ticket sites work. The plugin either needs to have this feature added or it need to be compatible with an autocomplete plugin or code for autocompleting. How long will this take to implement?

Thank you Foxy. Let me dig deeper and see whats going on here. I know awhile back in the previous version the location latlon was not generating auto when locations were added.

Ok so I just opened the location edit and just simply save and it saves with lat lon info now.

That info is missing and that is why the maps are not loading.

Any chance we can get access to your website to see how things are looking from wp-admin side? This ticket is private.

OK, this issue returned, interestingly enough, the start time and end time were the same time and seem to be close if not exactly the time I published the event, that is the time it put for the event in the email, however, clicking the event link shows the right times on the website.

we use an SMTP plugin, yes. WP SMTP

You are absolutely correct Jerome, kindly make this change in the code and we will include this in the next version update.

Mansi, the first one is the initial event time and that can be changed by changing the event time. And then additional repeats you can create to be of different times. First one can not be removed. It will always be the initial event times.
