Matter is not on the list of events but on detail of an event.
When I look an event detail like this page : https://improvisation.fr/match-dimpro/ I go at the end of the page and under “Réservation en ligne” you have a block with no events.
To acces tot his page you can go on https://improvisation.fr/category/spectacles/ and you click on the first item.

Even if the user rights for Eventon users are set to Admin, this function unfortunately does not work also.

You can switch to an editor among the users and test it. Unfortunately, filling in the locations no longer works.
Must have changed in version 4.9.8.
