I did notice you have custom styles that makes the organizer and location lightbox content appear narrow. If you change the margin to 0 it will fix it.

Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

It doesn’t matter really, the best is they all have the same ratio.

If there are issues please try selecting Feature image display style: Fit entire image, resized box height. Also try “Minimal height for featured image (value in pixels)” on the same page to fix if there are issues.

As for the tile size, try adding tile_height=”300″ to the shortcode and change the tile size to fit the image better.
