Hello Artem,

I did it. I enabled the debugging exactly how you said, but still I can’t see anything related to EventON. I also tried to capture only the debug output when I save an event post, but nothing useful is showing: https://hristosinafrica.org/debug.log

Here are the FTP details so you can check directly:

Host: hristosinafrica.org

User: scan@hristosinafrica.org

Password: is33k3yboard

Please check more deep, because the issue is still exactly the same like before. Every time I edit an existing event or try to create a new one, WordPress shows “updated successfully”, but the changes are NOT saved.

So I think something inside EventON’s custom post type is blocking WordPress from saving the posts correctly.

Please check directly via FTP and help me fix this, because right now I cannot create or edit ANY events.

Thank you,

Victor Emanuel

Hello,

Please update EventON as well as Tickets add-on. Also update PDFer.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure ”Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Did you enable ”Limit maximum capacity count per each RSVP” after seeing 10000 RSVP?

In order to fix the number, you can go to

Find more here:

Hello,

Tickets add-on cannot show prices on EventTop, I am afraid.

You need to add them manually using Custom Meta Fields:

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/setup-use-custom-meta-fields-events/

However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Hello,

I changed the number of events showing on wp-admin > Events to 50 instead of 500.

After I try to save an event it keeps showing me the same message ”Draft saved”.

Usually when no changes are saved it’s because of not enough memory available, that can be fixed by following this guide:

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/increasing-wordpress-memory-limit/

However at first, please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Hello,

There are two guides that cover this:

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/customize-single-events-page/

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-customize-events-archive-page/

When you say ”Creating a template override at /wp-content/themes/uncode-child/eventon/archive-ajde_events.php”, ”Creating single-ajde_events.php in child theme” and also ”Creating archive-ajde_events.php in /uncode-child/eventon/ folder”, did you follow the guides?
