Please note that when it works on our server, but not on yours, it’s really hard to find a different answer from there are some restrictions on your server.

Is there a custom code that affects EventON?

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

Please use this code to change the text to white:

Thank you! That helps. What should I set if I want the sale stop three hours after the start of the event? Is it possible, to set the selling time base to “When Event Start” and additional -180 min to stop selling in the Event Settings?
