Can you give us access to the old version of the variations plugin so we try to go back to that one for the moment? We are losing a lot of money right now, we need to at least temporarily fix this.

It is also impossible for users to add a new event.

Please hurry 🙁 we are losing customers.

Could you go to EventON > EventCard > try a different Feature image display style? Also, make sure that “Minimal height for featured image (value in pixels)” on the same page is empty.

Hey, thank you for your answer. I made all updates as you told. as a test i set Order #456 to completed. Then i checked the event where the order was coming from. Attendees list still shows “0” and csv export is still empty.

what can i try as next? my client told me they worked with these attendees list in past. and they never finished the orders at backend but the attendees list were always working. due to the relaunch we made everything brand new fresh with new licenses. so the only trouble we have is the attendees list and csv export. and i have no clue what i can do to make it running.
