Thank you Tom for letting us know of these. We are aware of most of them. Working on solving the filter issue and then have to check few other things before we can release 4.6.1

Yes the code change will be in 4.6.1 

Have you run wp_debug on your site and then do the export? I wonder if there are some PHP errors that stops all the events from exporting. Or perhaps a lack on php memory. 

Please try wp debug. 

Lukas here is the patch fix code for now. We will be releasing the update soon. I think.
