You need to update Tickets add-on and it will change without accessing DB.

we had to put it back to 12 spots. What happens is that if you remove the limit, there are glitches in the behavior. Certainly a little bug you can eventually check thanks.

If you can test it on staging, you can do this any time. This avoids any potential issues with the live site.

Thats what i tried but it doesnt save it, then i tried changing it via phpmyadmin but i cant find where.

We’re based in the UK, so GMT. If you can do it at 1:00GMT, that would be helpful, if possible.
