Hi – just checking in again since it’s been a few weeks and my client is starting to get antsy. Can you provide any updates?

What do you mean try the event?

I have done nothing but send tickets since I installed this software. I’m tired of wasting my time on things that should work because they are promoted … you are quick to take money but have a product that is full of issues.

Do you test anything before releasing it?

This was supposed to be a replacement for another system I was using for event management but I am not confident this will work with all of the issues. I am already looking for something else. Maybe you should do a full audit of the entire suite of products and ensure everything is working as expected.
