Where should we add the shortcode to hide cancelled events, and will this also hide the dots on the calendar for cancelled events?

We have over 4000 events now.
As you can see, the project is a calendar that collects women throughout history. We will be introducing more events but we do not have an established periodicity.
For example, if we manage to launch the calendar one day, we plan to introduce about 700-1000 more women between April and August. They will be women from Barcelona and in addition to being on the general calendar they will have a specific page with their calendar.
The idea is for the project to grow.

Hence the question of how many events the calendar supports. Have you done the test?

As for the hosting company, it is one of the most recognized in Spain. It’s called cdmon.
Our hosting plan is sponsored by them and we have all the premium protocols so we shouldn’t have many problems.
The website works well except the calendar loading speed which we understand must be a calendar issue.
