My apologies, this is already part of EventON. If you use shortcode variable hide_cancels=’yes’ that will not show cancelled events on the calendar 🙂 

I see whats going on. So the cancelled events are hidden by a custom CSS code. May be added by you or your client. Otherwise the cancelled events would still show when you click on the date. — as default behaviour.

We will add an option in the future to hide cancelled events from the calendar, which would resolve this issue largly 🙂 

Becky thank you for sending us the FTP information I was able to fix that code error but it is still not working. Did you update the PHP version in the server at sometime recently because there are a lot of PHP warning in the debug.log So i wonder if the issue is coming from that. 

Do you notice this type if errors on other event tickets or is it just with this retreat?

Yes we did get rid of the “find seats” button in favor of the real time seat map loading code on to the event. 

I was able to find the issue and get it resolved. Will release new version 1.2.4 here shortly that will resolve this issue for you with not correct seat map data loading.

Unfortunately the way the code is written, it hardcode the event time value as a date string into the order meta. 

Do you have a lot of these events with incorrect times? 

we may be able to write you a custom code to run to update those. But first lets see how many of those incrrect time orders you have and go from there 🙂

Tested again and when a waitlisted guest changes their RSVP to no, it still shows them on the waitlist! Seems like some major issues with this addon …

Couple of versions back WordPress asked us to include nonce validations for all ajax actions. This is the general nonce code. 

I wonder if this code is loaded from cache instead of a fresh copy. Is there a possibility to disable cache on scripts? and I wonder if that would resolve it?
