Hello,

I would like to inform you that there is still a time discrepancy with the Full Cal plugin on my website.

When I access my website (you can see the date in the attached photo), the day does not change until after 6:00 p.m. For example, in the attached photo, it is March 6, 2024, at 4:16 p.m., yet when I access my website, the plugin displays March 5, 2024, as the current day. This is a problem, especially during month changes.

Could you please assist me in resolving this?

I do not have any cache plugins and have CDN site cache services turned off – just to see if that made any difference. It has not.

After many hours of observation, I have to de-activate and re-activate each time the events timer ends to advance to the next event. Neither the “Now” nor the “Next” shortcuts will advance. I’m not talking about, “I need to refresh my browser”, I mean, “hands off” (booting up a computer to any browser connected to any network for a first-time to re-visit) kind of “not advancing”.

NOTE: I know you recently sent out update 4.5.9. I had not updated from the previous when the “not advancing” started. I DID update to 4.5.9, but the problem persists. So what ever is causing this was not due to the recent update.

NOTE: Themify (my theme builder) has a countdown plugin that is in use as of Tuesday. The Eventon advancing issue was there before the plugin was installed.

NOTE: The issue did not happen during beta testing (before being published live on GoDaddy), which is why this is kind of embarrassing in front of our listeners. The site went Live on Friday, Feb 29.
