Hi Artem,

I used the auto-generated checkout page that was “created” once activating Tickets and Woocommerce. I’m not sure what you mean by trying the default one. Happy to do so if you can direct me how to.

This may be related but, we are missing the names and email in actually event tickets cvs download and “View Attendees” tab as well.

Hello Artem,

after activating my security plugin deactivated the plugin editor again.

Now the plugin editor is activated (and the security plugin is temporarily deactivated).

Could you update EventON to 4.5.9?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
