Well, I thought it was resolved. Over the weekend I checked up on it on Sunday it again had hung up from Friday evening. Then went to investigate this morning and it is now active and up-to-date. I have checked the “events” and all seem to be in order. I am confused as to why this happening. Any ideas?
Hello Kyle,
We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to create a new ticket.
Hello David,
Thanks so much for your response, fixes and video.
To be clear, the cache settings in WP Fastest Cache do not minify the css or html. I don’t think there is a mem cache or server cache running, but I will check.
The issues with the RVSP was not due to the submit button display. Instead, the event said “RVSPing is closed”, when it should not have been. There were plenty of RSVP spots available, and I could not find a way to turn this off or make it register the available spots.
I wonder if the RSVP closing and the Event falling off the home page tile display were related to the same issue. Meaning, the event was at 2pm on Saturday afternoon, but Saturday morning, the event stopped displaying on the tiles, and I believe that’s when the RVSP ability also stopped. Instead, the RSVPing should have stopped at 2pm, and, the tile should have displayed until midnight, right?
Unfortunately, I can’t test that on a live production site, but that’s what I would test:
– set up two events for tomorrow afternoon, one with tickets, one with RSVPs
– set up a tile display of those events
– all should work fine today, but tomorrow, at what time does the tile drop off and the RSVPs and Ticketing shut down?
Thanks again for all your help, and I hope you will test this scenario and let me know what you discover.
Did not work but where happy, if the lightbox would’nt blow the size of the website. How can I make it smaller?
Yes, I had to update the checkout page. None the less, the issue is that the ticket email with the QR code is not being sent to ticket purchasers even though the tickets are processed and in “complete” status.
Okay thanks. It would be nice if you could just notify us with the progress.
Thank you. This solved the issue.
Hi. Wanted to pick this one back up. I still can’t get the email to show up in the confirmation email. You already ran the PHP errors above for my other ticket, can you do that again to find the issue with this?
Thanks!
Kyle
Ok, i actually misunderstood what you were asking. I did have a custom template file on the divi them. I replaced that with the original and now everything is working again. Thanks for your help!
