Have you tried following the second part of the message:
Next, please go to EventON > Tickets > Checkout > enable Enable auto complete ticket orders. Now all your orders should complete automatically.
Could you try and let me know?

Hello,
I may have expressed myself unclearly earlier. I don’t want to choose between French and English — I want both languages to work properly.
When my website is in French, all ticket variation titles and labels (both static and variable elements) should appear in French.
And when the website is in English, the same elements should automatically appear in English.
However, I can’t find a way to make this work. I’ve checked with WPML, but it seems impossible to translate the ticket variations, for example.
Could you please explain how to achieve this multilingual setup?
Is it possible to make EventON ticket labels and variations switch language automatically with WPML?
On the screenshot, the site is in English, but some elements are in English while others are not. Why is that, and how can I make all elements appear in English?
I look forward to your reply.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. However, I don’t understand how updating the PDFer addon would solve the issue we’re facing. Our problem is not related to the PDF generation, but to EventON tickets that sometimes do not sync correctly with WooCommerce after a customer places an order.
When we open the order in WooCommerce, the EventON ticket information is missing — we cannot see the participant’s name, email address, or phone number. The ticket field appears empty, even though the order was completed successfully.
This issue did not exist before the update, and it’s now causing major tracking problems for our training sessions.
Please explain the correct procedure to fix this bug and let us know why updating the PDFer addon would have any impact on ticket data synchronization.
We have been paying for your plugin and addons for many years, and we are increasingly experiencing bugs. We kindly ask you to take this issue seriously and provide a proper fix as soon as possible.
Best regards,
