Hi Nuno,

To resolve the issue, please update to the latest Eventon version.

To update Eventon to the latest version: If you are unable to do auto-update, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest Eventon version as a zip file. 

Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete Eventon settings & data when Eventon is uninstalled” is Deselected from Eventon settings, delete the old Eventon, install the new one, and activate.

Hello,

The Reminders addon isn’t available to try on https://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/

I had to buy it to try it.

On the tickets settings, the plugin says that i can put html content. But isn’t working. Whenever i put html and save, it changes.

I’ve attached two images, with what i want and what happens when i save the html on the tickets settings.

I’ve also tried a simple template with only a link button, but didn’t work.

What do you mean with html content?
