Hello Artem,
Thank you for your message.
All plugins — EventON, Tickets, and the other add-ons — are now fully updated to their latest versions.
You can now access the site, please let me know when you do, and proceed to fix the initial issue.
Best regards,
Loïc

I’m using the WordPress Readabler plugin.
It doesn’t provide an analysis report (see screenshot), but just a window that displays error information.
It provides a link to an explanation of how to comply with the RIAA standard (Duplicated Labels Rule WCAG 2.1 Level AA & AAA).
The principle described is that form controls (input, select, textarea, etc.) must have unique labels so that screen readers don’t confuse identical labels.
Therefore, you must ensure that each field has a distinct ID and that the `label for=”…”` statements correspond to these IDs (or use `aria-labelledby` / `aria-describedby` when the context requires it).

I hope this is helpful.
Thank you for your help.

you can actually drag and drop and re-arrange section of the edit page
so if it happens again you can drag it back to the right section and it will remember that for that user
so if theres a bunch of stuff in the sidebar- you can use your mouse to hover over you will see a crosshair and then you can move it over

Hello, I did this and now no tickets are available for purchase.

This is a strange story. I created a new user account for my colleague. The problem has been resolved. The old account has been deleted. It is strange that the display problem only occurs with one account. Thanks for your reply, Henk.

Great suggestion – thank you very much! Enabled it & will check if that’s the resolution.
Enjoy the day off 😉

Hello,
Please take a look at EventON > CSV Import > Guide:
Fields No Longer Supported
evcal_allday – use extend_type instead
So in order to import all day events, please use extend_allday.

Could you go to EventON > Tickets > enable Always redirect individual WC ticket Product page to event page on frontend?
It seems that some users can access Single Product and then make a purchase.
Could you also try using EventON > Tickets > Checkout > Enable auto complete ticket orders instead of Autocomplete plugin?
